The gourmet restaurant Perla Saracena, located on the second floor of the luxury hotel in Torre Pali, offers a unique culinary experience with dishes based on local and freshest delicacies that celebrate the sea and the land of Salento.

The menu, curated by chef Luca Sergi, offers a wide selection of dishes, with options for vegetarians and celiacs, as well as a careful selection of wines. For a light break, special salads and fresh dishes are also available for quick lunches.

With breathtaking panoramic views, the restaurant is OPEN TO EVERYONE, not just hotel guests, for dinners Monday through Saturday and Sundays for lunch.

The location near the sea invites long spring walks, while the attentive and courteous staff makes the experience even more enjoyable. Chiara at the front desk warmly welcomes guests, making them feel immediately at home.
Breakfast is plentiful, but the real excellence is the dinner, an explosion of authentic flavors.
The suite with private bath in the cave is an unmissable pampering, ideal for complete relaxation.
Too bad the pool is not yet in use, but the panoramic solarium is spectacular!

Brand new facility with modern design, very clean, didponsive and friendly staff. Excellent also the restaurant open only in the evening, with high quality fish with modern and pleasant combinations. I will definitely return, given the strategic location to visit the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Penthouse pool with panoramic views, too bad it's a bit too low. I recommend repairing the entrance for cars that has 2 large holes and it is difficult to enter.

Modern and efficient facility,a real oasis of peace in the heart of the countryside and 3/400 meters from the sea. I spent a very pleasant week with family in a cottage with a garden, abundant and varied breakfast,friendly and qualified staff. I also dined in the restaurant one evening, with high quality products. Small misunderstanding in the final bill,solved with great professionalism and attention to the customer, by the wait staff.
Only indication that I feel like giving the managers, concerns the possible application of mosquito nets to doors and windows,otherwise everything almost perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The resort is new and run with care and passion. The rooms are spacious and furnished with interesting solutions to help organize vacation stays: closets and drawers in the bathroom. Almost completely plastic free, except for the glass in the bathroom.
The breakfast is fabulous and the restaurant is of a high standard. Kudos to all the restaurant staff.
The rooftop pool provides a nice relaxing spot.
In addition to the main building there are accommodations in detached cottages.
The resort has ample parking and is located near the most beautiful beaches in Salento.

Beautiful hotel, perhaps the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facility is very recent and beautifully maintained, every little detail is well taken care of. The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole facility is impeccable. The staff really professional and very well taken care of. The breakfast is really very good with very good quality ingredients, the chef also prepares express dishes on request. The hotel manager is really very helpful and professional. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again soon.

Very impressive is the terrace with the pool; the sea view is enchanting. The menu was based on the freshest fish, the ingredients of the highest quality; dishes with refined and never trivial combinations, served by a qualified, friendly and professional staff.
